This page is kind of like one of those too thorough movie trailers that gives the plot away. You could watch the trailer and explain the movie to your friends, but you'd miss the subplots and the little things that make the whole movie entertaining. But sometimes, a trailer is all you have time for, so here's some UI from a few of my significant projects.

If we're going to remove human judgment from driving with autonomous vehicles, we should consider special lanes just for them.
Kind of like the HOV lane. Driving is already such a mess that introducing driverless vehicles, especially 40-ton semi-trucks, could be dangerous.
The only upside to a car crash with a driverless vehicle vs. a driver(ed?) vehicle is that there is no human to decide to hit and run. Unless it was just a fender bender, and the AV doesn't register the damage. Then I guess it would just keep driving. Hmm.
On the positive side, freeing up driving time and optimizing fuel and emissions sounds pretty awesome.
